As we reflect on a busy 2024 where we grew our dental freehold portfolio by almost 100%, we are looking forward to a similar 2025, with a couple of small portfolios and some individual dental freeholds already in the pipeline.
Our other focus this year will be to work with our tenants in improving the ‘green’ credentials of our buildings, with a rollout of sustainability initiatives, including the provision of photovoltaic panels and replacement double glazed windows. Our first PV installation is starting at the end of January and we intend to roll them out at intervals over the year so that our tenants will benefit from cheaper energy bills plus we will be doing our bit for the environment, so it’s a win-win for everyone!
