Alongside our acquisition programme, we continue to make strong progress in improving the environmental performance of our buildings. Working closely with our tenants, we are exploring and implementing practical sustainability initiatives that help reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency and support a more sustainable future. As part of this commitment, we have recently completed Solar upgrades at a further 10 properties across our portfolio, helping to lower carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency for our tenants.
